* The KIDP will accept no responsibility for any damage or loss caused to any entries during transportation, handling or storage and that packaging, transportation and insurance of any such material is the responsibility of the applicant.

* Freight costs, duties and taxes associated with the transportation of all submission material to and from the assessment sites are the responsibility of the applicant. The KIDP will accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to uncollected entries after the designated period of return of entries.
