Before the reorganization, Coway website was consist with dual site which is a 'pay-Free' membership site providing service to rental customer, and a coway site introducing the company. However, user had to find out service information at pay-Free site or company information at coway site. Like this, it had a structural difficulty that brand identity was not able to deliver to users cause of dispersed marketing communication. The website has been reorganized into a brand new format of an integrated brand website in order for unification of dispersed brand experiences. < Product Centered Brand Website > In case of general brand website, it has been designed to deliver an essence of the brand as emotional images. But, we have introduced the new form of design philosophy to communicate with customers through images of product in order to increase an effective usability
