Features

Gangnam Hills was designed based on the concept of “Sole Foresta”. The green patches of Mt. Daemo and the neighborhood park are connected with the green network of the apartment complex, and the buildings are laid out in such a way as to provide the passage of a cool breeze with natural views. The natural material, terracotta, is applied from the entrance of the complex to the deck, ancillary facilities, and neighborhood living facilities to emphasize the nature-friendly environment of the complex. Additionally, the Character Vegetable Garden, with characters children are familiar with, Kitchen Pergola, Floating Mirror Garden, and the Theme Playground were differentiated with service programs.
