The complex was designed as an oasis in the heart of the city with a 'Green Shelter', which emphasizes the emotional needs of the instinct to return to nature. The natural material, terracotta, was applied to lower stories and the nature’s palette extracted from the earth, 'Raemian Golden Earth', to higher stories to lend a warm and exotic feeling to the residential complex. Furthermore, the landscape that made the best use of the curves of traditional Korean pavilions, which offers a view of the falls and the ecosystem by projecting the topographical characteristics of Suwon and the wide plains surrounded by Mt. Gwanggyo, onto the landscape interpreted the beauty of Korean nature in a modern sense.
