"How can I create a design that emphasizes the characteristics of OLED?”, “How can I create a design that is unique and cannot be imitated by LCD?” These questions were the start of this project. OLED is "a display that generates light for itself to create an image." (LCD cannot generate light for itself and needs a light source that projects light from behind the LCD. Accordingly, an LCD panel is generally thicker that an OLED panel.) We attached an OLED panel with a thickness of 0.97 mm on a glass sheet with a thickness of 3 mm to create a panel of an extremely simple design. (LCD has a very complicated structure and the light leaks on the sides of the glass when LCD is attached on a glass sheet.) Also, we defined the core values of this product as "Seeing" and "Hearing".
