This is a new concept of cooker, environmental friendly cooker removing steam and odor without any additional electric device. There are vents inside and dispersing panel on the bottom of this cooker. “Bernoulli's theorem" is that as the rising speed of burned gas is faster, pressure is decreased. By use of this theory, steam and odor are flown out by burned gas on the bottom and then steam is changed into minute steam and removed. And organic odor are removed through combustion by burned gas. The temperature of burned gas is as high as 1200 ℃ and odor and smog are burned ompletely at about 300 ℃, so steam, odor and smog arising from cooking are burned and removed. Accordingly they do not contaminate the inside of the house. Odor and smog arising from cooking contaminate the inside of the house, sticking to it and giving harmful effect on human.
