1. 국내의 모든 제품은 단순 ON/OFF 기능만을 가지고 있으나 토치그립에서 직접 전류와 전압 조절이 가능한 다이얼 스위치가 부착되고, 센싱 모듈과 컨트롤링 모듈을 통해 토치의 각도, 위치에 따른 자동제어기능을 가진 국내 최초의 지능형 제품. 2. 인체공학적 디자인으로 핸들링과 그립감이 우수하여 용접사의 신체적 부하를 줄여 줌으로서 근골격계 질환을 감소시킬 수 있는 제품. 3. 용접현장의 열악한 근로환경과 휴먼스케일을 고려하여 경량화, 스위치의 조작성 향상 및 오작동을 방지할 수 있는 디자인으로 산업재해를 줄임과 동시에 작업자의 피로도를 줄여 작업능률을 향상시키는 제품. 1.All Korean products have simple ON/OFF function, but this product is the first intelligent welding torch in Korea that has auto control function depending on angle and location of torch through sensing module and controlling module, and is attached with dial switch where current and voltage can be directly adjusted from torch handle. 2. This product can reduce musculoskeletal diseases by lowering physical load of welding operator with excellent handling and grip in ergonomic design. 3.This product can enhance work efficiency by reducing fatigue of workers as well as industrial disasters with lightweight, improved operability of switch and malfunction-free design in consideration of human scale and poor working environment of welding site. |
